cloth bags #11 and #12

 
 
little cloth bags.
repurposed completely from pre-loved fabrics.
 
 

this one has a lovely corduroy front from a little skirt, making use of the back pocket.
 

it's lined with a dark plum cotton, and a purple linen.  


straps also made from the dark plum cotton, and the back is purple linen.

a cotton daisy print lining the flap. and a black cotton lining the front.


with a pretty shell button. the straps are made from a thai cotton.


the back is a lovely vintage upholstery fabric.

cloth bags #9 and #10

 
 
little cloth bags.
repurposed completely from pre-loved fabrics.
 

 
these two are made using some of the same cloth,
a purple tie dyed cotton that i picked up in Burma many years ago. 
 

the little pebble buttons are such a pleasure to use.

 
 the front of this one is a purple linen. with a dark plum cotton, and denim lining.


the straps, flap, and back of the bag are all made from the tie dyed Burmese cotton.

cloth bags #7 and #8

 
 
little cloth bags.
repurposed completely from pre-loved fabrics
 
 

this one made mostly from cotton, 
has a course cotton linen-like front that came from a top made in india.
this lovely green stripe cloth is vintage.
 

the straps and lining are both printed cottons.


the flap and the back of the bag are made from a lovely dark green velvet.
with a khaki button from some old army gear.

this little green one has a linen front. with a vintage flower print soft cotton strap.


inside is lined with a vintage green striped course cotton, and a purple indian cotton.

 
the flap and the back of the bag are made from a dark green velvet.

the front is a vintage embroidered indian cotton that was once a waistecoat.
 

 the flap, and the back of the bag are a lovely dark green velvet.


 the front is lined with a heavier cotton.
the pretty vintage flower cloth lining the flap, is a thinner soft cotton.
